• Experience of working with programmers and technology professionals — understanding of the language and terminology they use
• B to B sales experience is essential
• A high standard of spoken and written English
• Knowledge of the financial sector is a plus

• Will work closely with and report into the founder and Director to establish and grow the Ukrainian office
• market to and communicate with potential clients in UK and USA to win work
• Research and identify quality potential candidates
• Conduct telephonic interview with the candidates

• Continuously want to learn and improve the recruitment process
