Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Serve as a thought leader in a process improvement, product development and building relationships
- Provide help to customers
- Proactively set, track, and accomplish specific, measurable goals
- Optimize and experiment with processes to better serve our users
- 1+ years of experience in customer care role
- Fluent English
- Be able to 'Self-manage'
- Service mindset — you put yourself in other people’s shoes, act with empathy, and communicate clearly and directly with customers and internal team members
- Willing to go above and beyond to help clients
- Ability to organize and manage customer support team work
- Flexibility, with a desire to think outside of the box and grow with Snovio team
