International IT company is looking for a proactive business development specialist who will responsible for lead generation and sales activity.
- Defining effective lead generation processes including cold calling, emailing, visits, etc.
- Researching new leads and potential new markets
- Developing and managing an effective lead pipeline
- Identifying and evaluating potential clients' needs to meet their business expectations
- Building strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players
- Liaise and reporting before top management

- 1+ year with similar experience
- Written and spoken English — Advanced level
- Understanding of the software development process
- Negotiation skills and excellent relationship builder
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel
- High resilience
